Frequently asked questions
Which files can I open?
DWG (versions R14–R2018) and DXF files. You can open them from your phone, cloud storage or an email attachment.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Drawings are opened and processed on your device. uCAD does not send your files to our servers.
Do I need the internet?
No. You can open files and work offline. Map tiles are downloaded only when you use a basemap.
Is there a file limit in the free version?
No. In the free version you can open as many files as you like and use layers and basemaps.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select uCAD Pro and cancel. Pro stays on until the end of the period.
Does it work on tablets?
Yes. The interface adapts to tablets with wide panels.
Which platforms are supported?
uCAD is being prepared for Android and will be published on Google Play.
