uCAD Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the uCAD mobile app and the uCAD Pro subscription provided by UI Soft Bilişim ("we"). By installing the app or making a purchase you accept these terms.

1. The service

uCAD lets you view DWG and DXF drawings. The free version includes opening files, layers, project information and map basemaps. Measuring, drawing, editing, saving, sharing, PDF export, layout views, 3D views and map extras (location, grid, projections, KML, drape, 3D terrain) require uCAD Pro. We may change which features are free or Pro.

2. uCAD Pro subscription

  • Plans: Monthly and yearly. Prices are shown in Google Play for your country.
  • Free trial: The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers who have not used this subscription before. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription moves to the paid period.
  • Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically for the same period, and your Google Play account is charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancel and manage: You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Because Google Play collects the payment, you request refunds through Google Play.
  • Price changes: We may change prices. Changes that affect existing subscribers are notified in line with Google Play rules.

3. License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal or professional purposes. You may not reverse engineer the app, copy and redistribute it, or try to bypass the subscription check.

4. Your files

Your drawing files remain yours and are processed on your device. Backing up your files is your responsibility. We recommend a backup before saving or editing.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". You should verify the accuracy of drawing results, measurements and coordinate conversions yourself before using them for engineering or official work. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

6. Third-party services

Map basemaps and payments use third-party services (Esri, OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap, Google Play). Their own terms apply and we are not responsible for their outages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the current terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction. Your rights under consumer protection law are reserved.
